Replace organization id with slug #206

For now, namviek is using url slug for identify orgID. But it's not friendly with users.
So we need to replace the orgId on url with slug.

Ex:
From: https://localhost/65d6ee7893180a33c22085de/project
To: From: https://localhost/ecomgrow-comp/project
