I cloned an old branch named update-workflow-1, it worked but it is missing a lot of features.

I believe it is referring to this https://github.com/hummingbot/hummingbot/blob/master/setup.py.

Steps to reproduce bug

1. git clone https://github.com/hummingbot/dashboard.git
2. cd dashboard
3. make install
