Reason

FENIX enables multiphysics simulations of PFCs. Adding an example for a divertor monoblock would demonstrate this capability

Design

expand the example from TMAP8 (https://mooseframework.inl.gov/TMAP8/examples/divertor_monoblock/index.html) to couple it with TH, thermomechanics, and neutronics

Impact

Demonstration of FENIX's capabilities
