Feature Description

A model was created using TMAP8 at INL to model tritium creation and migration during pulsed operation of a tokamak
It is already released on the TMAP8 website but the VTB is a better place to handle all our models (the fenix work, the sam work, etc)

New model

Impact

Begin expansion into fusion, first of four planned models for this end of year
