Repository to be archived 3rd April

This repository is very stale. It is referenced in several unit tests, example documentation etc. but we have not updated the quickstarts (in particular, to address security problems with dependencies). By archiving the repository we send a clear signal that it is not being updated. The existing references should continue to work as-is.

I am going to archive it on 3rd April (one week from now).
