What problem does this feature solve?（这个功能解决的问题）

InputNumber当前无法设置输入类型，小数点和负数的键盘输入体验不流畅

What does the proposed API look like?（期望的 API）

无需增加api,通过判断min,max,step和decimal-places参数自动调起对应键盘

附加一个bug，InputNumber在readonly是input-width直接失效了
