Does not work with Auto-delete exchanges #28

Would be great to add "auto-delete" option to exchanges.
This option is passed to channel.exchangeDeclare in https://github.com/jlavallee/JMeter-Rabbit-AMQP/blob/master/src/main/com/zeroclue/jmeter/protocol/amqp/AMQPSampler.java#L94 as described at https://www.rabbitmq.com/api-guide.html#exchanges-and-queues
