30,000 messages published instead of 1 when using Stepping Thread Group or Concurrency Thread Group #44

The AMQP publisher seems to work fine in a simple Thread Group. But if I try to use it in other Thread Group types (I tried with Stepping Thread Group and Concurrency Thread Group with 1 thread), then I get over 30,000 messages published instead of 1.

jmeter version: 3.2
