[Feature Request] Add the ability to auto "Go Live" once Octoprint has started

I just pushed a new version 0.5.0 that has the option to auto stream while printing. Let me know if that's good enough to close this ticket or not. During my testing I noticed the embedded youtube stream on the tab was giving errors, but I don't think that's anything related to this new version as opening the same url outside of octoprint is doing the same.

Just updated it. Will be doing a test print shortly.

Works great. Now I will just have to remember to change the title on youtube before I start one.

Do you know if it's possible to include that in the post url? I may be able to update the command line to include a title if so like 3d printing .
