Thanks jotech.
At this stage, based on 'metacyc' database, I found thiosulfate oxidation III, thiosulfate oxidation IV, thiosulfate oxidation II ,sulfur oxidation IV and dissimilatory sulfate reduction I were missing in gapseq database.

This is a great flaw of gapseq model.
