Remove telemetry CSV fro repo

It would be better to remove user csv from git repo, maybe replace them by one default template.
And add a widget on the interface, so the user can select its telemetry directory or files.

Well, I need to think if it is feasible to start the dashboard with 0 file inside (because I use at least one to initialize all widgets). I can keep some file inside my repo and still add an "upload" button, it should be simpler.

Just put a default file.

Actually, I don't see the point of doing this. More, I'll lose my records feature ! 😠
