Creating Discord channels for dynamic voice channels and bot logs

Currently, there is no specific Discord category channel for dynamic voice channels, and there is not separate text channel for information on how to create dynamic voice channels or for using related commands and receiving responses.

Create a "Dynamic Voice Channels" category in Discord, with the following channels within it:

• "how-to" text channel for information on how to create dynamic voice channels
• "commands" text channel for using related commands and receiving responses.

Additionally, we need to create a kampus-bot-log text channel where the Discord bot can send logs. This channel should only be writable by the kampusbot, and the messages should not be deletable by anyone and should only be visible to mods (for logging purposes only).
