Right now flatpak version doesn't support changing dark mode wallpaper. I will add support soon and update here. Thanks |

Same problem here using Ubuntu 22.04 with Gnome 42.9. It will be very helpful for all Linux users and a powerful concurrent of Wallpaper Engine. |

I'm using Fedora Linux 36 Workstatio Edition, Gnome. WonderWall only apply the wallpaper in the light theme, not the dark theme.
