Currently, votes without justifications are not displayed on a case UI. Users are then confused about the vote results.

There should be a similar display than in Dispute resolver V2 to show the votes.

We can add the number of votes within the evidence module as in Dispute Resolver, but also update the Voting History Module to display it:
