Describe the bug
Crash in 'show feature history' when layer removed from project

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a layer from a repository to the project
  2. Right click on layer in 'Layers' panel
  3. Choose 'Kart' then "Active 'show feature history' map tool"
  4. Remove layer from project
  5. Click anywhere on the map canvas

Expected behavior
No crash. The event handler for the 'feature history' on a layer should be 'disconnected' when the layer is removed.
