Schedule for fan driven natural ventilation

Dear LB developers community,

I believe it is a simple but necessary functionality to assign a schedule to fan-driven ventilation (Type 3) in Honeybee_Set EP Air Flow.
One use-case for this would be to maintain a fixed recommended ventilation rate during occupancy hours.

Please let me know if further details on this is needed.
