Finish Gimli logo

Finish up the high res gimli logo, create a med-res version for the home page, and a 16px version for the browser tab.

Should we both making apple touch icons too? Crazy sizes. Also should use a 32x32 as favicon as long as the 16x16 version looks good with automatic resizing for retina screens.

I think "retina" icons make a lot of sense. I just left them off because I
couldn't recall all the different sizes.

Yeah the apple touch icons are crazy sizes, 76 and 152 I think.
