I followed the instructions in the documentation - using a .yaml file to make a mamba environment, but got the following error:

Executing transaction: | Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/n/home07/blosser/.conda/envs/allcools/lib/python3.8/site-packages/jupyter_contrib_core/notebook_compat/nbextensions.py", line 6, in
from notebook.extensions import BaseExtensionApp
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'notebook.extensions

Ultimately the installation failed.
