HP Elite Chromebook c1030 (MrChromebox)

I'm having trouble getting this machine to recognize the digitizer as a tablet. It works just fine as a touchscreen, but no "Wacom" device is detected, and the stylus does not work.

From a hardware perspective, I believe the machine is virtually identical to the non-"chromebook" HP x360 1030 (sure sure which generation)
