Bloqueo al renderizar templates

Estoy utilizando utilizando:
Python 2.7.3
Django 1.4.1

Cuando intento visualizar un template, aparece el error: "( Titulo: Settings Missing) Sorry, settings file is required for django plugin to work"

Estimo que es porque en la versión 1.4.1 de Django el archivo settings no esta junto al archivo manage.py, sino en una subcarpeta con el nombre del proyecto. Probé crear un link simbólico a dicho archivo para esquivar el problema, pero cuando intento renderizar se cuelga utilizando todo el procesador.

My spanish is very bad, but it seems I have the same issue: when I go to the django tab and hit "Render" an error message comes up and says:

Sorry, either settings file or virtualenv are missingthese are required for Django Plugin to work in thepresent version, we are working on fixing this.

Is this project still maintained?
