[bug]: Missing API Reference for uploading asset and adding it to issue.

Current behavior

I want to be able to create an issue with an image from the api, but there is no mention on how to do it on the API Reference

Checking web calls, looks like the endpoint is this one to create the asset api/workspaces//file-assets/ and then you need to add the id to the create issue body.
