Automatically start PCSI processing when user selects an image, and only process if there are new packets #14

right now user has select the image to preview, then select to process to process, and processing runs continuously until the user selects stop

start PCSI immediately after selecting an image
only process PCSI if there are new packets (check for new packet, then process)
possibly run PCSI using multiprocessing? create 3 instances for each channel and run?
