Hello Martin,

I'm working on reproducing the clustering in Habib, 2017 and I was just wondering if you have any thoughts as to why your pipeline didn't generally cluster into the cell-types in the original paper. Suggestions for replicating it more closely are appreciated, I'm a bit new to this, thanks!
