Ticker stops scrolling #34

In certain circumstances, ticker stops scrolling.
I can't find when this happens, but it does happen often.

I attach a sample page (tested on IE11 and firefox) to reproduce this issue. Speed is really high, but this issue is present even at speed=50.

Same as #38 I really need to find out why or use another library.
