Dockerfile out of date

Thanks everyone for working on rhino compute.

The docker image builds and runs nicely on AWS, but the Dockerfile seems to be outdated—it was last updated 10 months ago and references what I believe is an old binary.
Perhaps it's possible to automatically update the Dockerfile for each release using Github Actions or similar?

If an email is necessary for the latest binary it might be provided as a build-argument.
