Welcome to the CEDAR pipelines wiki! Here we document all the CEDAR metadata submission pipelines.

You can see the metadata pipeline documentation in the list to the right, just click on one to read about it.

What's a CEDAR metadata submission pipeline?

CEDAR can submit metadata to a number of external repositories. For each repository, CEDAR has custom mappings that can translate a template into a repository format, and software that can upload the metadata to that repository. Users see that the metadata can be submitted from their template to the repository, and the metadata submission pipeline includes the templates, instances, and software that get the metadata into the repository.

Sometimes there may be multiple templates that can submit to a specific repository. Each may require custom mappings, but the pipeline is usually named for the repository to which the metadata is submitted.
