AS A USER

I NEED TO ensure all data used in the UI is Title Cased

SO THAT The Platforms column does not show two, separate rows for the same platform

Bad Data ⚠️

The data from the arduino-cli directory (i.e. package_index.json) has a Platform labeled with

Arduino NRF52 Boards

while also having some labeled with...
