Wordpress Press this tool loses categories / format / tags until minimised

Using press this, you will not see the categories / format / tags buttons until you resize the window to a mobile format and the icon appears top right which you can then click to input categories etc.

on 6.2 I can't found .is-hidden, exist in older WordPress?

Can You use devtools (?) to found css classes like .is-hidden, if you found then this is duplicate of:

I used F12 in firefox to find .is-hidden, and it's there 7 times in the source, so could be related

Check it again with 2.3.10 or 2.3.11 release of addon, if you still use same theme and classes in Wordpress 4.x–6.4.x:
