Watchlist business logic for adding to, and creating/deleting/updating watchlists

Load watchlist (start with default, load last used)
Create new watchlist
Update watchlist (name, etc.)
Delete watchlist
Add/Remove crypto to current watchlist

BONUS

Hover over star icon to display popup modal of user's watchlists and add to selected list
