Add Filter for Category, Method, Payee, Tag from Transaction Context Menu

The values shown on the details opened for a transaction could be used for filtering the transaction list.
Use case. For a given transaction, you want to quickly inspect all other transactions with similar qualities.

The feature will be added to the context menu on the transaction list instead of the detail dialog:

Filters can be added for category, payee, method, tags, notes and amount.
Filter for date will be added once #622 is implemented, since we currently do not support an equal filter for dates.
