mulle-sde dependency add https://github.com/MulleFoundation/Foundation/archive/latest.tar.gz
mulle-sde fetch
mulle-sde remove Foundation
mulle-sde add https://github.com/mulle-objc/MulleObjC/archive/latest.tar.gz
mulle-sde craft

did produce:

Burying stash/expat in grave ".mulle-sourcetree/var/terodde/db/../graveyard/a2dcf4d0-48f2-4e74-8aef-13e42ef36b92"
Updating MulleSDLExample source
Updating MulleSDLExample sourcetree
Updating MulleSDLExample buildorder
mulle-make fatal error: Source directory "/home/src/srcO/MulleSDLExample/stash/MulleObjC" is missing.
Maybe repair with:
   mulle-sde fetch
