I've read and understood the contribution guidelines.
I've searched for any related issues and avoided creating a duplicate issue.

Please give us a description of what happened.

Static variables in the vocabularies cannot be internationalizated

Describe the solution you'd like

Make the variable $classification_properties_main and edu_properties not static
