@nagisa: Looked into opportunities to reduce intermediate allocations that happen as part of rayon support in the VM – non-trivial so shelved for now, but still something I think might be worth doing.
@jakmeier: New runtime config format merged! feat: Flat and differential runtime config files #6693 (And some house-keeping around it, such as killing Python code. test: Remove old runtime config tests #6784, chore: Delete obsolete estimator scripts #6786)
@jakmeier: Increased deployment cost: We are now one week before we hit mainnet. Occasionally, I still get pinged with questions by devs that I notified about the change. Will be interesting to see if truly everyone affected was able to upgrade.
@Ekleog: The PR for the M1 compatibility issue landed

@nagisa: As an ongoing effort to cut everything we don't use I went ahead and removed ability to serialize artifacts through serde as well as the remaining support for middlewares.
@jakmeier: Continuous Estimation: Shows correct and somewhat useful data now. And testing has been improved. But the output is not perfect, yet, so I will keep spending a few cycles on improving it. (Changes this week: fix(params-warehouse): Use specified metric #6740, chore: Remove estimator from release build #6785, chore: Delete obsolete estimator scripts #6786)

@jakmeier: Merging the new config format allowed to finalize the costs for alt_bn128 feature that will hopefully make the cut for the next release. (Closes AltBn128 estimations #6720)
