Protein records [enhancement]

Nightscout allows recording of protein and fat in the same way as carbs, and reports of them separately.

Short term would be great to be able to input to that record, whether that's through bolus calc, carbs button or act careportal button, rather than having to go via webpage.

Longer term would be amazing to have protein calculations within the algorithm using the protein data. Being able to adjust and us an I:P based on I:C. But appreciate that's HUGE and probably already muddled up or overlapping within DynISF dev.
