Proposed in #114

Add :NixVim command(s) (name TBC) which can shows a page listing enabled options and also documentation.

  • this would be a pkg built using pkgs.vimUtils.buildVimPlugin.
  • opt-out in the same way as our man-pages derivation.
  • "Enabled options" and "documentation" could be handled by different commands or command arguments?
