The proposal at the time of writing suggests to move the current contents of https://nix.dev to https://docs.nix.dev, and move https://nixos.org to https://nix.dev.
Currently, documentation under https://nixos.org is at https://nixos.org/learn which then links to some guides and manuals e.g.:
A domain name like docs.nix.dev suggests to me that that's where the Nix docs should go.

Perhaps this could be mentioned under Future Work, with the point about unifying the two websites?
