Weasis DICOMIZER will not publish or export

Describe the bug. What happened?

I am trying to first export a DICOM image with the DICOMIZER 4.4.0 and it just gives an error message "connection refused: getsockopt". It also seems that I cannot export the DICOM file alone. The export menu point under "File" is not working. It does not allow any export. Like the menu option when I hover the mouse over the arrow pointing to the right next to "Export" does not open the export options. I would really appreciate help with this. Thank you!

Please don't submit a bug for a feature (File export) that never existed.

The only way to publish data is to send it to DICOM via the Publish button.
