Issue: How should OpenC2 Consumer responses by handled by the CACAO agent that receives them?

Proposal: define an __oc2-results__ variable, applying our recent LS multi-profile query-pairs response formats as a model for aggregating results from multiple devices.

Discussed at 10 July working meeting. @sparrell endorsed developing this concept. Will draft content and create PR for next working meeting (24 July).
