使用 Google Form 填寫表格，並將表單回饋發送至 Google Spreadsheets 上供志工審核。

將 Google Form 的表單回饋發送至自行建立之 Pretalx，使用獨立 DB 儲存表單資訊及狀態。

或是使用 Pretalx 內建的表單來取代現有的 Google form。
