Min SDK needs to be lower than the current 29 #1

The app shows a toast that the current min support SDK is 29

what should the min support SDK be?

It needs to be SDK 21 (Android 5.0). This should be updated https://github.com/opensrp/p2p/blob/main/app/src/main/java/com/trevorgowing/android/p2p/MainActivity.kt#L65-L70 since the previous tests from @Rkareko show that it runs on Android 5.1 (SDK 22) without an issue
