Research on the possibility of pushing Hyper files to a users S3 bucket

Currently, the application only pushes & syncs hyper files to its internal S3 Bucket. We should look into a way to either allow users to specify their own S3 Bucket that we should sync and push hyper files too or research on a way to allow access to the internal S3 bucket without sharing access to hyper files owned by other users
