[MDS] Consolidate cypress tests

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The multi datasource disabled workflow can piggy back off of some of the existing cypress tests, since the multiple datasources feature is off by default. This will save some CPU cycles. Additionally, we should look into whether the cypress tests from the FTR repo can piggy back off of the retry mechanism introduced with the merging of the MDS feature.
