For those who are more interested in how the project is progressing in terms of the different tasks, here is a project tracker I've created within GitHub that shows our progress against the different tasks: https://github.com/orgs/OxfordIHTM/projects/39/views/3 and this one shows a Gantt chart showing use when active/to do tasks are expected or aimed to be accomplished. https://github.com/orgs/OxfordIHTM/projects/39/views/4 For those of you doing a mini-project and those that I am supervising for their thesis, this would be familiar with you already. |

@OxfordIHTM/class-2024 in case you were interested in seeing the class progress and updates on tackling the R Statistics Exercises (https://github.com/OxfordIHTM/rstats-exercises), you can keep an eye on the following links:
Gives a snapshot/overview of the activity happening in the project with a summary of the number of merged pull requests done, number of open pull requests, number of issues (tasks) closed/completed and number of issues/tasks left remaining.
It also shows a graphic of the project team members who have authored code and contributed code through commits and ranks them via a bar plot visualisation.
Number of commits over time (weekly and daily) - https://github.com/OxfordIHTM/rstats-exercises/graphs/commit-activity
Network graph - https://github.com/OxfordIHTM/rstats-exercises/network
This is something I think will allow you to visualise the whole git branching process in terms of the multiverse analogy that I shared with you last Monday. So, in the graphic you see the
main
branch which is the main trunk of the timeline and then you see multiple lines coming off that main trunk which are each of your branches. Moving the graphic from left to right will show you the progression of the timeline.Great work everyone. I hope you can keep it up, maybe a few lines of code a week from folks who have time and are interested!
