Moving devtools-examples repo to devtools org

Hey All,

This is just a quick note that we will transfer ownership of the devtools-examples repository over to the Firefox Devtools team. It makes a lot more sense to have this with the people that are actively working on these tools. We are grateful that the team has accepted ownership.
