[REQUEST] More robust accessibility checks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Accessibility is really important for us since we are a government site. We should implement a way to check if our site is accessible.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a plugin (https://github.com/vue-a11y/vue-axe) that runs axe-tests on our code to see if we have thought about all the accessibility rules

Describe alternatives you've considered
Better to have a plugin than check every single line of code, i guess..
