[BUG] Update vue-analytics dependency #238

Bydelsfakta uses vue-analytics package which is no longer maintaned and has been using the deprecated analytics.js file from Google. [1] [2] [3]

I would recommend to switch the dependency from vue-analytics to vue-gtag

It should be a small code-change from your part if you are still interested in getting analytics from the bydelsfakta website.

Alle Universal Analytics (GA3) kontoer vil stoppe å prosessere trafikk 1.juli 2023 (1.oktober 2023 for GA360 kunder).

Det betyr at om du fortsatt vil gjøre år-over-år sammenligning, så er ikke datoen som bør bekymre deg 1.juli 2023, den er 1.juli 2022!
