There are different ways to generate computable phenotypes (Phenex, mx/protege, Noctua) and it would be useful to share what annotators using different tools learned, what are the pros/contras of each approach and how could we develop more user friendly tools. Also, I would like to hear strategies that we could use to engage more scientists to generate computable phenotypes.
