Can't setup on Windows #13

when I try to use conda command to setup the environment, something wrong indicates as following:

then I deupgrade the libtiff version, nothing is changed.

try below before running
conda install -c conda-forge libtiff=4.0.9=vc14_0

I have the same problem, with more packages:
ResolvePackageNotFound:

qt==5.6.2=vc14_1
libtiff==4.0.9=vc14_0
matplotlib==2.2.2=py36_1
jpeg==9b=vc14_2
