We need to add a languages dropdown to Turi 0.1 so that people can chat with Turi in different languages.

Basically, like this:

  1. We send the non-English input to a translation API and get the English version
  2. We send the translated input to NPG
  3. We translate the output to user's language
  4. Show output to user
