Safari, and also happening with Chrome, on iOS 17.5.1 on iPad Air 13-inch (M2).

Describe the bug

When filling out the fact sheet today on my iPad, the location description, city, and state fields did not auto-populate based my current location, touching a location on the map, or when entering on address.

Expected Behavior

It should auto-fill the Survey fields as shown in the videos.

Reproduction Steps & Sample

1. Open Team Fact Sheet
2. Tap on map location
3. The location fields Address, Zip, etc should autopopulate
